Welcome to Salt Marsh Beef.We are a small family run farming company based in Norfolk and Essex. Our land is situated on the Wash Estuary in East Anglia and it is here that our cattle are able to spend the summer grazing on the unique mixture of plants and grasses which thrive in this tidal environment.
Our cattle are killed in a small local abattoir, requiring only a short journey from the farm and therefore less stress to the animals and minimal food miles. The meat is then hung for a minimum of three weeks to enhance the flavour.
We sell our boxes of beef from September until July. Each box contains approximately 10 kilos of beef and costs £70. The boxes will be delivered to your door, either by ourselves, or by our courier.
